Overview & Summary
- Develop and execute developer experience strategy to support both new and existing users.
- Engage with developers by working in community channels to provide support.
- Provide data-driven analysis, research, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Work closely with engineering teams and be hands-on in improving the developer-facing parts of their product.
Job Requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in a developer experience role, ideally for a dev tools company.
- A strong understanding of developer success and best forms of communication.
- In depth knowledge of API development.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in an ever-changing startup environment.

About the Role:
DevRel Talent is seeking a passionate technical leader and content creator to drive Developer Relations for our client. You'll showcase cutting-edge tools for building crypto apps and games, focusing on consumer, gaming, and AI sectors. Your role will elevate brand awareness, engage with developers, and establish thought leadership within the Web3 community.
What You'll Do:
- Build consumer crypto apps using advanced Web3 tools.
- Develop apps with a leading blockchain AI platform.
- Create and share technical content (blogs, tutorials, videos) across YouTube, X, and other socials.
- Engage with the developer community on social media, offering support and promoting products.
- Host live workshops with blockchain and infrastructure partners.
- Strengthen industry influence and establish authority in Web3 development.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in Developer Relations or Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience building and launching crypto apps or games.
- Proven ability to create compelling technical content.
- Strong Web3 development skills (Solidity, SDKs, blockchain tools).
- Background in Web3, blockchain, or crypto ecosystems.
- Experience developing MVPs end-to-end.
Bonus Points:
- Certifications in blockchain, AI, or Web3.
- Background in AI-integrated applications.
